      2/3 of overall sales come from upsell, cross sell and resell. More profitable since no need to spend for ads. Important to set the triggers on auto messaging using infotext.

      3 Types of Audiences:

      Cold, Warm, and Hot audiences with different approach for each audience.

      80% of Budget = Cold auduence

      20% of budget = Hot Audience

      Overall, the 5 day sprint was indeed full of learning. Kailangan lang talagang balikan ang mga lessons for full implementation.
